CANCELLATION BEFORE PRODUCTION
If you cancel an order before we begin production or packing, we will cancel the order and no further charges will apply, unless samples or special tests have already been prepared.
If you have paid a deposit or advance for the order, we will refund the amount after deducting any non‑recoverable costs (for example, raw‑material purchases or testing fees) that have already occurred.
CANCELLATION AFTER PRODUCTION HAS STARTED
If production or packing has already begun, cancellation is only possible at our discretion and may involve a cancellation fee.
In such cases, you will be responsible for any costs already incurred, including raw‑material procurement, processing, and any committed freight bookings.
REFUND AND METHOD OF POLICY
Any refund due will be processed using the same payment method used for the original payment, where possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 15–30 working days after we agree on the cancellation, but this may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not generally accept returns or cancellations for goods that have already been shipped or are in transit, because coir products are typically bulk‑packed and shipped under export‑specific conditions. If you receive goods that are damaged or do not match the agreed specifications, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and decide on a solution, which may include replacement, partial refund, or other arrangements, depending on the circumstances.
